I'm rebuilding the front spax damper on my rapide and looking for a new rubber sleeve and maybe a seal kit.
Does anyone out there know where iI can obtain parts for these please?

Try Spax directly, have a look at their website.
They were very helpful when I rebuilt the damper for my K100RS outfit, even supplying a longer damper rod for me to cut to length and fit a BMW top fitting.

be very careful using SPAX dampers! they have insufficient "cushionining" at full extent of travel and might kill you. See FYO page 30 from PETE JOHNSON
