Can anyone tell me at what engine RPM the series D distributor is at full advance?

Thanks Mac

Hello,
Just run a distributor in the lathe, with new club shop springs is is aground 700 RPM. With some heaver springs it was around 1000 RPM.
This later figure is a little high I feel, as it would be 2000 RPM of engine speed.
Regards John.

Hi John, That's interesting, my Pazon doesn't reach full advance until about 4000 engine rpm according to the graph supplied with it - perhaps that's why I'm running 42 degrees at full advance.

I think the new BT-H is 3200 rpm full advance. The timing at 19 degrees (twin plugs.)
