More . We used the Videan spring doubling pieces in its ESA so the cushioning effect is in a way operating two stage . The Ducati hub rubber system the first line of gentle adcorbtion , followed up by the forward primary drive mechanism for the more powerful impacts . No drive line lash is felt , just smooth flow . Sid .

What was really cool about that set up was you could adjust the "cush" by cutting your own wedges out of different shore durometer rubber!
