Steve Campbell, whose telephone number I apparently don't have, has suggested that we take a run up to Hillockhead Gardens in Glendeskry in Strathdon (Ab36 8XL) on Saturday 21st June from wherever we happen to be. This is under the aegis of "Gardens open for charity". Admission is £3, concessions, £2. My interest in gardening is strictly limited, but tea and home made scones sound attractive, and who knows, global warming might have kicked in by then. The gardens are open from 2pm until 6 pm.
