i know and i do on ebay car boot sales and good food and the last tale i started at my village post office was some thing to do with charging my broomstick under a full moon got to careful erm lots of witches in the village might get upset if they find i own working broom stick.

Dont be surprised about inefficiencies in anything the bureaucrats run.
Public Health Englands "IT technical hitch" in the test and trace after a lot of digging turns out to be their "IT expert" using a XL spreadsheet that dates back to windows 95 o_O . I worry when I use that old a versionj to calculate my gearing:)

policies change but maths are constant?

Not so madam. There was a time when there was no concept of zero and there was even a time when magnetoman had to learn about the square route of minus one!
