One of our section, would like to know what alternator was used, how it`s performed (the alternator) over the last 30 years, and what mileage is on the bike in that time ?

Does matched pipes mean no silencer? Not too clear from picture in the article. What speed do your lights "balance"?

On Rips bike called " Big Sid " . We were pals and he came up with the idea one day out of the blue . And so it stuck .
I've been outsize since my youth , near 6 ft 5 in. And weighed 275 in Basic training , a big strapping guy , not fat , muscle .
Rip still has the machine , built along Egli lines , in his garage under a rug . Sid .
