Now that does look like a mean snarling beast, I wonder why they kept the heavy front stands on it, I guess the rear stand just gets unbolted and removed when being sprinted.

Maybe they front and rear stands were refitted when it stopped racing. The description suggests it has been a garage queen for a long time.

Maybe Jerry Branch modified heads? He would weld spigots to increase efficiency and performance on many other heads. Have a t140 Triumph with one he did in the late 70s.
