Possible to build Vincent twin engine with 3D printing?

I know that the VOC built a complete Vincent twin motorcycle from VOC spare parts - how bout a twin engine with 3D printing?

Would there actually be all the drawings converted to print files to be able to do it?

Here is a Chevy V8 that is a running engine. Granted, it is 'semi-simple' compared to a vinnie:

These parts can be used as patterns to then make metal parts. As they stand they are nylon or some other synthetic material only suitable for models or, as I said, making patterns for either
casting or CNC machining.

If you look at the Koenigsegg video's they are 3d printing titanium, alloy and stainless steel parts. there is some amazing technology in use there.
