Something a bit different today, and I realise that I might get into trouble for publishing these photos - some of you might remember that about ten years ago I published a photograph of Giovanni Cabassi in a pair of skimpy Speedos, while Giovanni's son and his best mate were dressed in drag. I thought it was quite funny, but there was a couple of people who didn't renew their membership because of the photo. Ooops!
Regardless, we've probably all heard the story of Tony Rose and his 100,000 mile road test. Tony appears on our Riders Roll of Honour, and you can read all about his exploits by reading the following articles…
What you may not know is that Tony was a private detective by day (probably not a common occupation back in the 1940s/1950s), but in his spare time he was also some sort of body builder/muscle man, and I'm led to believe he was quite famous (amongst body builders that is).
Anyway - in the previous post are the photos, and I'm sure our regular lady forum visitors will enjoy them (@Miss Amanda Waterscooter and @Debbie Kemp).
