Andy built a beautiful frame for me a couple of years ago but then went to ground. He was due to do a couple of other minor jobs but I couldn't raise him so I gave up. Yes he is a master craftsman, I have seen him working on a frame.
But he is not a master businessman. He makes a common misstake,
he hides away when things are going out of control.
A much better way is to contact customers and explain the situation
and maybe with a new start, promisse to come back later on, even
if it takes years.

Hi Roy
No luck so far. Sent him another email 2 days ago and tried phoning him but still no reply.
Doing a google search shows he is working at Premier Foods.
Hope this helps.
If you are able to contact him, can you mention to him that I need to speak to him.

My wife just helped me look up Andrew Sidlow, (no "e") on her faceache, it was a good idea. It led us to his frame web site which he doesnt reply too.
I have also tried linkedin, he hasnt replied to that either.

I tried to contact him several times while building my special, no luck , had to make the items myself.

No, Haha, It appears that he is still alive & kicking! For some issues of outstanding orders, which appear to have gone astray for legitimate reasons, people have managed to make contact through John Mossey.
