old factory

Hi,could anyone possibly tell me if the old factory still remains at stevenage and if not what has taken it's place?

I understand the last remaining part of the factory is now in a dangerous condition, and is now in imminent danger of collapse.

Ray Smith seems to know a lot about this.

It's just that i was in that area recently,and came across a place called Vincent Court and wondered if that's where the factory once stood.It was at Fisher's Green.
