Odd engine number help needed

Hi, Im looking at buying a Vincent twin and this is the engine number, any clue what im looking at or is this a new set of crankcases with badly marked numbers, thanks in advance

If you can get the other numbers off the bike like crankcase mating number and frame number(s) and send them to me in a private message or email, I can then look them up in the Machine database and le you know what I find.

Are those nylon nuts ?

It gets worse-not just nylocs, with blue nylon the'll be metric!

The top set of numbers look like Hillgate motors rebuild numbers.
