Nut 142 Domed

Hi All, I have seen a few pics of Vins lately with the nuts 142 as a Domed unit, all the usual suppliers don't seem to have them, any idea where I can get some? preferably stainless.

Many years ago I used 'Acme Stainless' when I owned an Ariel. He supplied them then.

I suppose it all depends on whether one wants `domed` or `acorn`.
