I did exactly this for my Egli build( not fitted yet) I simply bought the "real Vincent chainguard", did away with the original fixings/brackets, cut away some "height", brazed some new brackets on. Just get any standard chainguard and hack it around a bit.

No don't hack up an original. Here is a photo of one made by a sheet metal fabricator near me. I supplied him an original chain guard as a sample and her made up an abbreviated version to my instructions.

Here in England a chainguard is not required on a single seat bike.

Hi,
I started with the Norton 99 chain guard as a pattern and made the exact replica around the other ie a mirror image with an extension to go under the frame spreader bar. Replace the mounts on the swinging arm and it looks like a factory fitment.
