Erik, the springs I have had made are 45, 36, 33 and 30 lbs/inch. If you already have 30s and when the bike is fully assembled, or you put some extra weight on it now to replicate the final weight, it still seems too hard then I could get some softer springs made. However, up to now no one else has needed them. It looks as though you still have not installed the damper so it cannot be that. Vibrac had a similar problem which turned out to be faulty adjustment of the clearance on the spindles. If you support the bike under the engine and take off the springs then do the forks move freely? If you lift them to the full lift positions then they should just drop under their own weight.
