I'm new here so before I start asking questions, I'd better introduce myself. I'm Steve aka Shakari, I'm an ex pat Brit living in the bikers paradise of sunny South Africa, I run a couple of websites and have a passion for classic bikes and cars.

So, Hi guys.

Welcome

Hi Steve, welcome to the madhouse. What you need to do now is get yourself a just-about-rideable Vincent and ride it for forty years. And, believe me, you'll have the most fun doing it.

Of course you will spend most of your disposable income at the same time. But don't worry, you're in good company.

Hi Eddie,

Thanks for the welcome! - Don't reckon I've got forty years of riding left in me as I'm 52 now, but I'll give it a try. :)

Vincents are about as rare as rocking horse doo doos here, so don't expect to hear I've bought one in the near future........ guess I'll have to carry on with my 1982 900F until then.
