Once again the Coventry Section are hosting the Club stand at the above event. The theme this year is “What’s the Story?” which fits in rather nicely because this year we had already decided that the Vincent Owners Club would be the story. The bikes chosen, besides being good examples of the marque, will try to demonstrate that we are an active club. We hope that the ten bikes on the stand will represent all the non territorial sections, Touring, Racing, Sidecar etc and will come from as many Regional Sections as possible. We’ve got a number already lined up, some firm some pencilled in but if you would like to show your bike contact us at vicepresident998@voc.uk.com and hopefully we can fit you in. We want to make the representation as broad as possible to show that we really are an active club, that’s our story and we’re sticking to it, so we’ll fit you in under some pretext or other.
For those of you just coming to the show the advertisement for the show in MPH 764 features the two Club Exclusive ticket deals. You can either come to the Motorcycle show on its own or purchase the joint ticket which gets you into the Classic Car show as well. One of the reasons we like going to this show is that it gives us a chance to show the other half what we are all about. It also gives us a chance to wander round some fantastic cars and also see what goodies we can pick up in their auto jumble. For that reason I would suggest that if you are coming to pay the price and get a full ticket and make a day of it. We know it’s worth it.
