supposedly a Comet was probably a bit of a bargain providing the major parts were in good condition. Compared to this bike

the £13,000 could do a lot to make it a great riding machine.
The Series B Rapide was pretty much on the money but looked like it needed more than a few hundred £££s to make it a good one.
These are my opinions of course and I am in far-away Australia. If there had been a genuine Shadow there then it could have been very interesting because at the moment Shadows seem to be running hot and cold.

People are always asking what my Special is worth, I wonder if I have devalued it much by my mod's ?.
It's not for sale, But the Wife would like to know !!. Cheers Bill.
