Dear all,
in August a friend and me we joined the Nürburgring Vintage with our B and C Rapides.
Together with the Oldtimer Grand Prix it is an event situated in the old paddock of the Nürburgring. The Vintage is using the Nordschleife and the Südschleife. An moreover a hillklimb is organised.
The big fun is, that only a small number of cars, most of them prewar, are on the track.
The Südschleife is only fragmentary exsiting. Now a very small lane in the forrest. But the organiser managed it to make a racetrack out of it, even with marshalls around!!
All in all it was a big fun. See the pictures above under Photos. The paddock was filled up with racecars all around, and our small "Renntransporter". The only historic lorry there.
