my first 10,000 miles on a Vincent

Hi All - Just thought I'd tell the world the good news - my Comet and I have been together for 10,000 recorded miles now (the 10k marker was passed earlier - but due to speedo drive failure in Spain 2 years back- the total number was behind the recorded actual).This figure was passed on my return from France last week (1890 miles in 9 days - mostly on the 95 sans plomb stuff that the forum now tells me to avoid) .I have had the bike since oct 96 ,and hopefully will see many more 10k miles clock up.

A big thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way - great club-great people
