E: Engine Maximum camshaft lift

Mk 2 cams. Note that inlet lift is greater than exhaust lift with all normal Vincent cams. Inlet 0.368" Exhaust 0.358"..; Not all Mk 2 s will give exactly these same measurements. For Mk 1s the lifts are ten to twenty thou less.

Are Mk3's the same as Mk1's but with quietening ramps?

Thanks for that. I think you may have posted that before, just checking. I have some good Mk3's to replace the MK1's. I'm not expecting to make a Vincent very mechanically quiet. Earplugs are good.;)
