Your best best will be to contact Gordon Powell, or Vince Farrell.

Both contact details are on the inside front cover of MPH.

Try also thevincent.com

The suggestion from thevincent.com is that this would be a 1949 Rapide. I presume that the number is actually F10AB, not F10AE!

What year

I have notes that put no. 2110 as May '49 and 3077 as Dec '49, so this would put yours around August production.
But get copies of the works records for your machine from Gordon for full details.

More on 1/2530

I agree with Ian reference the likely manufacturing date.

However, I have notes too and I can tell you the following:

Touring Rapide (i.e. valenced steel mudguards) F10AB/1/2530 was registered for the road in UK on 03 Feb 50 with Registration Plate FBO41. It likely has a crankcase mating number Y or Z followed by 1 or 2 digits. There was an article on it in the Oct 89 "Classic Bike" magazine. And I believe it was sold through Bonhams Auctioneers about 3 months ago.

I know, I should get out more - without my anorak.

All that said, I can validate nothing. That is a job for the VOC's machine registrar.

Best Regards,

Peter Barker,
Bristol, UK.
