I've yet to go through all that........Ron Gardner set the carb up for me to use on methanol fuel so we will see what happens........Good info though, especially about the changes to float heights when altering the jet height. It all makes good sense........My racer is very near ready for it's first engine run.

Thanks for that Bruce, but this applies to the later 400 series which have a fixed, adjustable jet, where my 100 series have a jet that moves down with the slide as the throttle is opened. They do not have the bottom screw adjustment. The only adjustment is the needle holder in the top of the carb.
