I spoke to Russell yesterday and queried my website order from last month. He told me the website ordering system crashed a couple of weeks ago with a virus. He is unable to reinstate it because the old website software is unsupported. That means installing new software and manually inputting every line item, which clearly is going to take some time. He will still take orders by phone and post - and presumably email too - but I'm not sure on this last point.... Best call him if you are expecting an order or need to place a new one.
