300x20 tubes have not been available for some years and I have been successfully using 3.25x19 which look the same as 300x20 when placed back to back - I, still had an old 300x20 tube to compare.

Tyres for early vintage bikes seem to be sized differently, and i got a 26 x 3, which was the same as a 300 x 20, and more available. Do your own research first though..
