A UK based friend that was there looking at a car phoned me and told me a replica lightning was turned in at 95,000 Pounds

If this is the same bike I read about (estimate 105,000 to 140,000 pounds ), the ad makes no mention of it being a replica. They seem to have been selling it as a geniune Lightning. Unless that changed nearer the sale date?
Auction results show it as unsold.
