Help identify the riders - 1950 TT Clubman 1000cc

This is an urgent request to help identify these riders in the 1950 TT Clubman 1000cc event.
The photo is being used in a book about to go to print and they would dearly like to identify each rider.
The race winner Alex 'Eck' Phillip is sat with the trophy on machine number 10 and we believe its Frank Taylor sat on machine No.3 (KLH 461)
If anyone can identify any of the riders it would be appreciated and if anyone can see what the vehicle registration marks are let me know.

Just noticed the 2nd bike from the right is a series A so that can probably be eliminated as no series A is listed in the race. So is the photo a mixture of race bikes and road bikes which complicates matters?

Not sure the large guy on the left in a suit & glasses is a racer build!!

I'd not noticed that either.
I think they'd welcome the names of any of them, racers or not for their book.
