I helped Nigel Rollason's passenger change engines at the 1975 TT (Nigel was ill at the time). We laid all the parts out in order as we stripped it down, but when we came to rebuild it we had extra parts. It was a problem, until we noticed Nigel's young son adding to the collection from the spares box!!!

A favourite trick in my early days at Tech college, just add another screw, bolt or nut to anothers guys project. These days i would be bloody furious if someone did it to me.

Most probably not out of the bike after all then Jim, i have always thought you had a screw loose mate it must of finally dropped out! :D
