a friend or mine had this spent weeks trying to find cause ?? check that the ff41 are pinched home if nut and bolt are to large will only pinch up onto the ff1 hope this same help

Hi Dave. Good to see you at the Ace. This advice could be particular to outfits as they are inherent to shake and this reason could get overlooked. I will check mine straight away.
