Query

Was everyone's name always followed by a plan view of a cross-head screw? I don't recollect it so. And if not, what does it signify?

Significance of the + sign

Hi Tom,

If it's blue and filled in, then you are on-line:D
If it's greyed out then you are NOT on line:(

And I noticed the 'Quick Links' pop up menu is now back to its normal width, it was coming up pretty wide for awhile.
