Fathers old Black Shadow

Hello, I was talking with my dad about his old Vincent Black Shadow and dug out this old photo of him with it in 1965.
He would love to know what happened to it and if its still knocking about, if anyone knows anything about it?
I was pointed in this direction and they said it might now belong to a member in the south of England?

The Reg is - MKC 382.

Just had a look for MKC382 on the DVLA vehicle online enquiry and it recognises the registration, but the bike is unlicensed and appears to been last on the road in the UK in 1987.
