If you linked your Facebook account to the Club Forum, you'll probably notice that this association has now disappeared.
I've worked out a much more reliable way of doing this, so if you now take a look at the top of the screen next to your name, you'll find a Facebook logo.
Click on that, it should take you through the setup process (should be quite easy).
