I've got an NOS exhaust valve, carefully packaged, that says its a V178, replacement for ET33. Possibly came from Harpers in the early '70s - came with the box of bits with the bike that was last renovated at this time. Anyone know this V178 designation, and are materials etc to full spec?
Thanks
Malcolm

V178 is the number given by G & S Valves who were making Vincent valves since day 1.
