The rear engine mount bolt F47/3AS is not supposed to be done up dead tight where it passes through FT13, to accommodate the expansion & contraction of the engine as it heats and cools. My question is…is there a torque setting?

This question is comprehensively covered in the book every Vincent owner should have on his bookshelf, “Vincent” written by Paul Richardson. The rear mounting bolt should be fully tightened and then slackened off 60 degrees and then locked off in that position with a locknut, no torque setting required, just use feel to judge when sufficiently tight, then back of 60 degrees, all fairly imprecise, but has served Vincent owners well for 70+ years.
