E10 - Gudgeon Pin Circlip Install Tool

This look nice and simple, I always dread the possibility of stabbing my hand when installing these little b*****ds. This is 22mm, what size is needed for Vincent Gudgeon Pin Circlips?

Bruce-Seager type circlips are better in my opinion!! and easier to fit!! Maybe that gadget will work a treat or maybe not!! over the years I have bought all sorts of "gadgets" and most of them just end up in the bin!

Most Seeger clips I have seen are stamped with one sharp or, at least square, edge. I don't know if even putting the round edge outwards would eliminate all problems. I have since seen on the Interweb a homemade similar device made from a 3/4" copper pipe solder coupling and a 5/8" deep socket. Those sizes might not be right for the Vin circlip diameter, though.
