The rear sprocket has no teeth and the rear disc brake does have 'em.

Very tidy bike, I hope we get another look when it has been fettled.

Perhaps the drive side has been switched, an alternate gearbox lurking?

By golly that is a possibility. Certainly the Seeley Vincent and some Norvins are that way.
