Do you own BigEd TPU362
I owned it during the 70s/early 80s
No, my Rapide was built from a pile of bits that came back from Argentina. It had been exported to Argentina when new and I had to get it registered with an age-related number here when I'd finished putting it together.

Bought some polishing wheels for my drill off eBay looks like I’m going to be busy !!!
It's the proper soap and the power of a bench grinder, For best results,
Warning , It's like a Drug, You want to polish everything !,
And if you don't hold it tight, The thing you are polishing is OFF across the garage !!.
Also you and the wall will be covered in Black soap.
Some footrest plates are Alloy, If you don't want black,
The other easy one is the Magneto Cowl, But don't brake it ! They are a lot of money.
I also made the front stand plates out of alloy, So I could polish them too.
But I am MAD !.

I had one in the 70s and ended up with only the frame and tank painted, all the rest was polished alloy or chrome. Crashed it badly, sold it in bits with another set of forks and UFM, probably back to standard now (it is still registered with the club, in Germany when I last enquired)
