Hello,
Anyone fitted a disc set up on the front of an outfit? The small wheel makes for less room for the callipers. Any info/drawings appreciated. Regards John,

Still hate this clown!!

Hi John - nice avatar........

I've attached some images of the twin disc fron wheel I use on my outfit 'The Fast Lady'. To cut a long story shorter - Originally it used a vincent spool hub fitted with twin discs, however the last owner sold this and fitted a slimmed down triumph disc hub. This suffered problems with bearing location due to inadequate design so I sketched up a replacement that utilised double taper roller bearings which I had made out of 6061 T6. Never looked back. This hub fitted where the original spool hub went but if you've got the original vincent item then just modify that. I've also included a photo showing an earlier version of my outfit made by the sme person - Malcolm Attrill. Hopefully these images may help you figure out what to do. Good luck and you certainly won't regret going to the 15" sidecar race tyres.
Cheers David
