Datatool stealth alarm

Any Bright Sparks out there know how to reset a Datatool Stealth Alarm fitted in 1994 to Yam FJ its died I've changed internal battery and fob battery bike dead as a dead thing any help appreciated.

If the batteries were flat for any period of time then there is a good chance it is irrevocably and irreversibly DEAD!

Thanks Albervin I,ve been in touch with Datatool no joy there so I'm going to rip it out and be done with it.only prob is I am useless with elects so any help appreciated.
