I was doing just under 30 in a 30 zone. I think they were trying to get their stop numbers up.

So not good for the road . Cheers Bill.

I had the same on my Goldie wearing baggy overalls that got sucked into the 1½" GP carb. Could have been worse, I didn't get dragged in.

Ron Kemp went onto one cylinder along six mile bottom thought it was petrol. Turning taps did no good, looked down and there was a pair of legs sticking out of the front carb, shut the throttle chopped the birds head off. nasty mess...
