See that line just down from the top of picture? Me thinks there's a mirror two involved here.

Don’t even need a mirror. The vertical piece could be well in front of the receding horizontal piece, then carefully position the camera, then a little photoshop to blend it together.
I have 24 of those on the shelf, they are a bit pricey tho'
