Sorry to use the forum for a mail to you but this seems to be the only way to grab your attention. I'm trying to contact you for about two weeks now and you don't reply to my emails to your personal address or to the "orders" address. I really need to have this non fitting double gear exchanged as soon as possible and also to know about the other parts mentioned.

I've heard you Poms are in a deep recession, the only way out is Trade.
