Vincent, why don't you set your sights a little higher and go for the SS100, then you could live out the fantasy of being Thomas Edward Lawrence.

Vincent, a man of your capabilities could build your own SS100 for a tiny fraction of what a genuine one costs and it would go just as well, I did and you would have to be an expert to spot the differences.

Yes Chris thanx, i saw latley a genuine KTOR engine 4 sale in a Thor replica frame.
Not too expensive. That saves some time.

Anyway very nice you did that.
Apart from discipline it only takes that.

The crankcases were weak around the cylinder spigots. OK for putting around at 50 MPH. Years ago a guy bought one and was warned. He took it out on the Interstate and tried to run it hard. Cylinder "launched" and landed on the road. He looked back in time to see a truck ( lorry) run over it......Fix is to remachine and have through bolts into the crankcase.
