It's possible those may be rotten socks, not velocity stacks. The tire in the background is a Dunlop,
maybe for a sidehack?

Jack had many bikes he use to race other makes as well as Vincents with great success. so tyres in background could be off other bikes.

That bike looks like its had more hits than Elvis................. I've never seen rear spring boxes put on backwards before...........And it looks like the upper links are missing from the forks...........The air filters look like old aerosol cans that have been run over by a truck.............And the rear brake lever looks like something you stab at with your left foot in a blind panic.................Apart from that, it looks like a Vincent owners.......Frankenstein's Monster......................:)...................What a Cracker.
Spring boxes on backwards, well it is in Australia ! more like upside down.

Speaking to a kiwi a few moments ago he said they like being there, there are of most of the problems in the world up top.

Also, the tank mods are interesting. It looks as though a second petrol tank has been welded on top. Not forgetting the rather rough cut-away for the front carburettor

Next friday we will all know the answer Las Vegas is the hub of motorcycle auctions next weekend there is about 10 Vincents up for sale in both auctions including 1C/7305 care to have a guess ?

Forum news moves Quickly, just had a phone call from the owner of a Black Lightning ,in the UK, he is a forum user but a friend rang him he is a member of the VOC his quess is, 400,000 Pounds

Countdown not long to go !!!, talking to a guy yesterday that has the partner to this bike the Gilera Saturno that was raced in the IOM 1952 by Tony Mc. Alpine
