anyone tried this and is it just tubeless?

I have a mate with them fitted to his modern Guzzii. My understanding is that they screw onto the valve stem, so they work on anything with a standard Schrader fixing. Some come with a screen to attach where it can be read while riding.
I see the greatest advantage is that us old cripples dont have to get down on our hands & knees to read our tyre pressures. ;)

I had those kind of sensors a while ago. It came with a read out display.
It was funny to see the pressure increase significantly during the warming up of the tire whilst driving. It also measured the temperature, however can't provide an accurate reading of the actual tire.

A nice gimmick, but nothing more than that. I would say it is not worth the re-balancing of the wheel and the weird look of that between the spokes.
