I'm currently dealing with an enquiry from a guy that has bought a Silver plate and catalogue from auction in the UK, which is from a BMCRC 1000cc motorcycle race at Silverstone in April 1955. The plate was awarded to a Mr A R Person.
The only record we have of a person with that name is in the 1955 VOC yearbook and he came from Abingdon in Berkshire, who reported owning a Vincent Black Shadow LNX 423. We have no further information on the machine database.
