The Vincent H.R.D. Owners Club Machine Registrar and Machine Researcher offer a range of important services to Members and non-Members of the VOC, ranging from provision of official dating certificates in connection with DVLA registrations to general assistance with enquiries when people are considering buying a Vincent.
View attachment 41607At the Club’s General Committee Meeting on 7th March 2021, it was agreed to update the fee structure, which was has been in place since 2016. The new fee structure is more reflective of the effort involved in providing the services, acknowledges postal costs have increased by over 35 per cent since 2016, and builds further on the differential between Member benefits and services to non-Members.
For example, copies of Machine Records will in future be available to Members only and fees for Dating Certificate for DVLA registrations will continue to be available to Members at 50 per cent of full price. These fees are applicable to all requests received by the Machine Registrar on or after 7th March 2021 and are inclusive of postage and VAT, where applicable.
*Up to ten requests per rolling 12 months. †No paperwork is provided.
