I need an adapter plate in order to fit a Podtronics regulator in the same position as a Miller regulator would fit on a Twin. Any ideas chaps?

Apologies for the grime, but it is an aluminum bar with countersunk holes and tubular aluminum spacers for the dynamo clamp screws offset from through holes for the reg screws.

Here's what I did, take a peice of 5/16 (8mm) alloy plate, shape it to suit the base of the new reg. drill to suit the holes in the dynamo clamp, you have a choice here- either countersink the holes so the fixing screws sit flush with the top surface, or using a suitable milling cutter so the allen bolts sit flush . Align the reg to the mountin adaptor, drill + tap according, bolt=on, rewire according, Roy.

I took a piece of 1" thick aluminum, drilled 4 holes, 2 countersunk on top, 2 countersunk on the underside..
