A testimony for crashbars, if there ever was one! It certainly looks like the spokes came out of the flange(s), but, why? They must have ripped out of the rim first in order to get loose enough to do that without obvious damage to the ends?
Looking at the bright side, you can at least get the needed parts wholesale;-)
