A question about factory employees in 1950

Twenty years ago the VOC sent me a photocopy of the Completion Note, Works Order Form, and Road Test Report for my Black Shadow. The English school system clearly did not emphasize good penmanship back then, nor was it a requirement for being hired. Anyway, out of curiousity, I would like to know who signed off on my motorcycle.

On the Completion Note, the person who signed on the line 'For Assembly Dept.' in July 1950 looks to be "E.M. Toll."

On the Works Order form, when it was 'Passed to Road Test Department' is signed something like "J. Lew Pinion."
The 'Road Test Report' line on this form is signed something like "J. M Sigg."

"J.M. Sigg" also signed as the tester on several lines of the Road Test Report form.

What are the actual names of the people hiding behind those semi-illegible signatures? Thanks in advance for your help with this.
